As a Texas consumer, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
You have the right to know whether TRELIze is processing your personal data and, if so, what categories of data we hold about you.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data TRELIze holds about you, in a portable and readily usable format where technically feasible.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
You have the right to request deletion of personal data you have provided to us or that we have collected about you. Note: if you are a TRELIze subscriber, deleting your account data will terminate your subscription. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).

The data TRELIze collects and processes relates to real property records sourced from Harris County public filings — not to individual consumers as data subjects. If your property information appears in our database as part of a public record, you may submit a deletion request and we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis consistent with our legal obligations and the public nature of the underlying records.
