TRELIze ("we," "us," or "our") operates a daily probate intelligence service for real estate investors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Email address and name (provided at signup)
• Phone number (optional, used only for SMS property alerts you explicitly activate)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Property watch list selections (up to 3 properties)
• Filter preferences (zip codes, value ranges, property types)

How We Use Your Information

• Deliver your daily probate intelligence email digest
• Send SMS alerts for properties on your watch list (only if you opt in)
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Respond to support requests

SMS Messaging

SMS alerts are strictly opt-in. You activate them by clicking "Send me text alerts" on a specific property in your daily digest. You can remove any property from SMS alerts at any time via the one-click link in your email. Message frequency is at most once per day per watched property. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Postmark (email delivery). All are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data Security

Subscriber data is stored on encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
